Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
One-on-one support tailored to your goals — because no two people, and no two paths to healing, look the same.
What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between you and a licensed therapist, focused entirely on your unique concerns, goals, and experiences. At Composure Counseling, we partner with you to identify what's getting in the way and develop a clear, actionable plan to move forward.
Our therapists guide you through practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs — whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, substance use, or the weight of everyday life. You don't have to have a diagnosis to benefit. If something is weighing on you, this is a space to address it.
What to Expect
An initial conversation
Your first session is about getting to know you — your history, what's brought you in, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have it all figured out.
Setting your goals
Together, we identify what meaningful progress looks like for you and build a treatment plan around those goals — not a one-size-fits-all script.
Doing the work
Each session builds on the last. You'll gain skills, process experiences, and develop healthier patterns — at a pace that works for you.
Lasting change
The goal isn't just to feel better during sessions — it's to build skills and confidence that carry into your daily life long after therapy ends.
